Hello and welcome to HCM,
Difficulty in swallowing and loss of weight need to be investigated at the earliest.
Difficulty in swallowing could be due to recurrence of web.
Loss of weight could be due to inability to eat and thus loss of calories.
However, at the same time a possibility of esophageal carcinoma cannot be ruled out.
Webs in esophagus can predispose to development of cancer subsequently.
Difficulty in swallowing is a constant feature of cancer and loss of weight always accompanies esophageal cancer.
Thus, I suggest you to consult your gastroenterologist at the earliest for imaging studies and an upper gastrointestinal endoscopy to look for any evidence of cancer.
In case there is recurrence of web, it needs ti removed.
In case there is any evidence of any growth that too needs to be removed.

Thanks and take care
