What Causes Excess Fatigue And Sweating While Having Chronic Constipation?
Hello. I am a 55 yr old white female experiencing feeling hot and sweaty all the time. I have chronic constipation and have gained 20 lbs in the last year. Feel tired all the time...have to take power naps. cold hands and feet. In the past it used to be the opposite...I would feel cold all the time.

Get your thyroid checked. You might have hypothyroidism. If it's fine then consult your gynaecologist to check for PMS.
