i have a doubt regarding sexuall intercourse ,i can go for only once and for the second time hardly after that its very hard i get eraction even if i wanted hav and i am not safisfying my wife . pls let me know how make it possible ! and am just 25 years old !

3) Fatigue
4) Diabetes
5) Other chronic illness.
6) Spinal cord injury.
