What Causes Erectile Dysfunction?
hello doctor, i am facing some difficulty in reaching full erection i dont know the cause of this . also once i am in bed with my partner i am not able to sustain the erection for long and ejaculate somewhat early. i am excersing/gymming regularly for the past 2 years and i am having a good physical condition age 24 height 182cm weight 72 kg need a genuine advice please look into the matter . thank you
