What Causes Erectile Dysfunction Along With Shooting Pain In The Testicles?

I have been placed on Proscar (Finesteride) 4 months ago by my Urologist. Should I ask him to do a cytoscopy too? I have weak ejaculations and it sometimes feels like shooting pains back toward my testicles. I ejaculate every day. If I wait 2 days, I get more volume. My partner typically swallows it and lets me know the volume (about 1-2 Teaspoons usually). I have had Chlymidia twice... once in 1988 and again in 2011. First time it went untreated for a while. Tetracycline fixed it... but I have never been the same. Now I have frequency and urgency... My Urologist (I have 2) said it s OK for my age and to just keep taking Uroxitrol (Alfuzosin). The Alfuzosin make my ejaculation more comfortable too. But I just want to be normal again! I take Saw Palmetto too and Zinc. I have been on and off Cypro for UTI s for years. I got Epididymitis with the Chlymidia the last time and it DESTROYED my right testicle. Both Uros (Dr D. Dow, Dr G Rodriguez in Houston Urology Associates- 8 doctors in the practice) say it is OK. I am also on HRT (Testrogel) and it cause my prostate to grow hence the Finesteride to counteract that. I think I am under good care, but do I need to ask them to check my ducts and plumbing for constriction? Rodriguez said my prostate size has diminished with the Finesteride after 2 months of treatment. He wants me to stay on it 6 or 7 months. Any ideas? I want my cum to shoot a couple feet again! My girl is frustrated that I cannot keep a good erection too... and ejaculate volume too low for her... viagra works but have to take 100mg and then I can t cum for long time and it sometimes gives me backache. Is there a procedure to clean out plumbing? I don t want TURP because causes retrograde ejaculation-- bladder neck is medically insignificant my Uro said! Maybe a fertility specialist can clear out my tubing? I am 60

I understand your concern.
What problems you are having related to poor erection is due to known side effect of the drug Finestride. Due to this, you could be physically overdoing during intercourse and that has resulted in testicular pain.
Kindly get your prostate problem solved by surgical means by undergoing TURP procedure.
Not all who undergo this operation would have retrograde ejacualation. That should stop most of your problems.
