Hello sir.. Good morning.. I am suffering from erectile dysfunction. My age is 26 only. I was evolved with several sexual activities till 10 years. Sometimes erection happens properly but after a very short time after discharge iif pre seminal fluid erection becomes very weak. I m also suffering from several depression kind of thing I dont know what it is? I dont have any tention in mind. I have completely lost my concentration. I can t even read a letter with proper understanding. It usually 2-3 readings. While i drive car sometimse it happens like I am not at all paying attention in driving and anytime accident may happen. Everytime it feels like some kind of shakening is happening iin mind. Whatever is in front of my eyes keep on moving/shaking. After a little bit of use of mind it becomes complete inactive and very heavy, not at all able to think anything. Whenever I talk to someone I just reply the questions in common way without thinking anything. I m going to getting married in next one month. I m very afraid abt sexual problems. Pls sir suggest me some advice whether I should go to some Dr. Or its purely psychological
