What Causes Erectile Dysfunction Along With Feminine Features?

I am a 25 year old male and somewhere I feel that I act feminine in some cases. My voice and beard has not developed and I have thin arms and legs. My height is also very less. Also I get problems in getting a proper erection. Will a course I testosterone cure me? I feel embarrassed because of my situation.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Delay in development of masculine characters - like deepening of voice, growth of beard, development of secondary sexual characters and penile erection suggest a hormonal disorder.
A clinical assessment and relevant investigations need to be done before any treatment can be taken.
I suggest you to consult an urologist for clinical assessment followed by hormonal assessment.
There are various causes of delay or under-development of sexual chracters like disorders of pituitary gland or testis or inability of end organs to respond to sex hormones.
