What Causes Erectile Dysfunction After Taking Propranolol?
Hello I started taking propranolol 40mg tab her sometime back and shortly after taking this medicine I have experienced a total case of ED I told my doctor about it so he prescribed Viagra 50 mg but I am not able to afford this , I also told my doctor that I couldn t afford the medication and he said there was nothing else he could give me for this condition (did testosterone test levels were good ) I was just wondering if you could point me in a direction that would help me with this problem ? I did not have any trouble before taking the propranolol

Thanks for your question. I do understand your pain and discomfort. I have seen many cases with similar complaints. Please find my advice below-:
1)First i want to clarify that the drug propranolol has no such side effect for ED.
2)Take B-12 injection in IM 4 times in a week upto one month and then once a month
3)Do check your Blood sugar level both fasting and PP and TSH level
4)Do an Ultrasound exam and check your prostate gland
5)Check your Blood pressure at home and record it sometimes Low pressure can lead to ED ,so drug adjustment is required.
6)Do a full blood count with differential to ruled out any infection
Do what i told & do not take any symptomatic medications without knowing the exact cause of ED.
