Hi,

Bang-bang sound you heard in your right ear could be due to :
- ear wax
- anemia
- spikes in blood pressure (bp)

If it was only once, then, there is nothing to worry. However, if it gets repeated, then, I advise to monitor your bp, record the results for future reference.
Get a complete blood count to rule out anemia. Get your ears checked to rule out ear wax or infection or other ear issues.

Wish fast recovery.
