What Causes Episodes Of Lightheadedness Over The Last Four Months?

I have had severe episodes of lightheadedness over the last four months. The episodes put me in a daze where I even find it hard to stand. Recently the episodes have become more frequent and intense. They are usually brought on by exertion. I have had extensive mri s of the head and neck, as well as a CT of the head. All of the tests did not discover a problem. I also had a tilt table test and was told I am orthostatic. I was diagnosed with a pulmonary embolism in 4/2016. It was my second since 2010. I had mitral valve repair last July.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the history of lightness of head then it could be due to some circulatory disturbances, it may be due to vertigo it may be due to some functional disorders if the CT of brain is unremarkable then it is nothing to worry, better to get done the hemoglobin test hope this information helps.
