What Causes Episodes Of Faint, Face Numbness, Headaches With Brain Tumour History?

hey there. I have episodes when I am standing that make me feel like I am going to faint and face goes numb. I have to kneel down until it passes so I wont fall. my tounge even goes numb for a while also. my heart races during this time. I have had these episodes in past for years now, when mentioned to doctor, nothing was ever said. I had a brain tumor and had surgery in 1999. I still get headaches since then, but most of the time when I have these episodes I do not have a headache
