What Causes Episode Of Nausea And Blurred Vision?

I just came back from the movie theater. I had my knee bent backwards slightly for about 10 minutes right before the movie ended. I tried to extend it out so I could leave the theater, but as I did I felt a sharp pain, as my knee was about to pop. Note: this is the first time anything of the sort has happened, and whenever my knee would pop every year or so there was no pain. About 20 seconds after I tried, all at once I extended it and instantly felt like I was going to pass out. I was sick at my stomach and my vision was blurry. Everything was going black, but when I asked my friend to get a drink for me (after lots of confusion and trying to talk to him) he gave it to me and it helped. ALOT. Why did a drink help me?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, certain conditions are there as long as the given history of pass out or fainting due to knee pain, first is you were not able to tolerate the pain and this might developed the shock, second it could be hypoglycemia, beside this it could be cardio vascular or cerebrovascular condition which are of course very less likely still better to rule out all the possibility, water is very prime element for all the living being, which survives all living beings hope this information helps.
