What Causes Epididymo-orchitis?

WHERE DID I GET THIS EPIDIDYMO-ORCHITIS ? ONLY GIRLFRIEND FOR 15 YEARS , SHE GIVES ME ORAL SEX EVERYTIME BUT MUST BRUSH HER TEETH & USE ALCOHOL MOUTHWASH BEFORE SEX ACT, IS THIS THE PROBLEM OR SHE TELLS ME SHE HAS A CYST ON HER LIVER THAT S BEEN THERE FOR YEARS & WILL HAVE IT REMOVED SOON. THANK-YOU !HELP!

Epididymo-orchitis is not an exclusive sexually transmitted disease and it is caused by a co existing urinary tract infection. Nothing much to worry as it can be easily cured by timely antibiotic treatment. You cans tart on a short course of antibiotics for five to seven days preferably Ciprofloxacin.
The liver cyst doesn't cause epididymo-orchitis and nothing much to worry about it. If it is not increases in size no treatment is required. Do a frequent follow-up scan to check whether the size increases or not. If the cyst size is increasing, better to get it removed.
