What Causes Enlargement In The Right Testicle For My 4-month-old?

Hi doctors I ha Hi doctors My 4 month old baby right testicle shows slight enlarged and very down than the other.on palpation no pain, no fluid accumulation,no urine infection,but she suffered from viral infection 1 week back. my local gp suggested cefixime .can I use it.wat could be the cause.thanku

I really appreciate your concern, it may be normal appearance and if you want to clear the doubt then it is advisable to get done the ultrasonography test and that is the best option you have to clear the doubt hope this information helps.
