I am a fairly healthy 48 year old 5'3" 165lb female and on my left side under my rib cage feels like a lymph node enlarged for about 3 weeks. Does not hurt. Have had a lot of congestion but no cold. I have had a total hysterectomy 5 years ago b/c my mother died of Ovarian Cancer. I have night sweats but have contributed them to Menopause. Called my GP and he can't see me until Dec. 13, 2011. My only health problem is hypothyroidism which I am on synthroid and it is well controlled. Should I insist on getting in sooner to my GP.
