What Causes Enlarged Laryngeal Prominence?
I am a 30 year old woman. I have noticed my thyroid cartilage has enlarged and it looks like I have a huge adam s apple. Other people have noticed it as well. It his hard when I touch it and there is what appears to be a second apple below and both move when I talk and swallow. I can physically move it up and down as well. What could have caused this visible growth?

It is most likely a thyroid gland's swelling. Since you have not mentioned any other symptom like weight hain or weight loss, cold or heat intolerance, palpitations, anxiety, constipation or loose stools etc; I cannot say anything about your thyroid's functional status.
