What Causes Emotional Outbursts And Asociality Autism Symptoms When Diagnosed With Schizophrenia?

my brother lives with me, he is 61 years old and was diagnosed 35 years ago as mild mr with skitzafrenia. Is it possible that he is autistic given his behavior of emotional outbursts, nothing can change in his daily routine, he handles death with yes they are gone now, he does not see a difference between his make believe world and real world and when he gets stressed he digs at his skin until he bleeds, he will wear only certain clothes even when he has a closet full of choices but i can not remove or get rid of the clothes he does not wear or he gets very upset, I can have a house full of people that he knows but he goes about his day as though no one is here. Is there any kind of testing that can be done to find out????

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
