What Causes Elevation In The Liver Enzymes Long After Treating Cervical Cancer?

I m a 38 year old female, small framed. History of cancer (ovarian & cervical). Now liver enzymes elevated and occasional nose bleeds for the last month. I stayed on a healthy diet the last 21 days and get blood work again. Does this ever end without liver failure? I guess I m look for any reason to be optimistic.

Hello and welcome to Healthcamagic.
If this is caused by chemotherapy or medication then it extremely rarely leads to liver failure. You should rule out viral hepatitis and other types of liver damage but most commonly this is caused by fatty liver disease.
I hope I have answered your query. I wish you a nice day.
