What Causes Elevation In Blood Pressure Post Dialysis?

Hi good evening doc...i just have a quick question. My husband is a dialysis patient. His blood pressure has been high lately. We did all the test. We even did the tumor test on him we did the echo and his EF is 60% the EKG. They did a TEE it was okey. they did a cardiac Cath on him they say they found a anuerysm so they send him to CT of chest. But it was normal. He is taking clonidine. Amlodipine. They are thinking about doing ablation on him. Because his pulse rate was so low. And of course it because of metoprolol. So they took him off of that and his heart went to nirm. But his Bp has been high lately. That s after the dialysis treatment.

most important is dialysis patient means there is renal failure. hypertension is the main problem in renal failure.amlodipine is the right drug he is taking to control hypertension you have mentioned several test, is all the test are on doctors advise. tests does not cure a disease . any thing done should have a relevance. in his case renal function test is most essential.get the report analyzed by physician and get advise for treatment according ly. salt restriction and diet regulation is important.
