I was diagnosed with stage 4 fallopian tube cancer 2 1/2 years ago and have been on three different chemo treatments, the last one involving a clinical trial with parp inhibitor. I have a tumor over the dome of the liver as well as other numerous sites. They have taken numerous CTs and an MRI and cannot detect issues as to why I would have a 490 alkaline phosphatase. I wanted to participate in an upcoming clinical trial and was told this number was too high. In the meantime, my tumors are growing. The oncologist is going to explore chemo options for me of short duration, hopefully to bring this number down so I can participate. The MRI was done with and without a IV contrast. I also have been having a 10.8 hemoglobin since my last chemo the end of June, and they cannot stabilize my INR with Coumadin. Do you have an idea what is causing this liver problem?
