General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello, welcome to Healthcaremagic. I read your query and I understand your concern. Thrombocytosis is caused by essential trombocytisis a defect of bone marrow or reactive trombocytisis. Reactive thrombocytosis causes include:

Acute bleeding and blood loss
Chronic kidney failure or another kidney disorder
Coronary artery bypassInfections, including tuberculosisIron deficiency
Vitamin deficiency
Removal of your spleen
Hemolytic anemia — a type of anemia in which your body destroys red blood cells faster than it produces them,
often due to certain blood diseases or autoimmune disorders
Inflammation, such as from rheumatoid arthritis, celiac disease, connective tissue disorders or inflammatory bowel disease
Pancreatitis
Burns
I think you should consider visiting a hematologist and he may order a bone marrow smere. Hope my answer was helpful. If yes vote helpful. Best regards Dr Xhufka general and family physician.
