3 months back I had tkr surgery After surgery my whole body muscles felt weak but I thought it was because of surgery Now when I felt too much weakness my tests showed low t4 as I was taking 100 thyronorm my fasting sugar was57 as since some days I cud not eat anything due to typhoid do for lie sugar more tests were done In these tests my c peptide report was 6.4 but insulin And glucose r within range Please advice as I am taking remylin Vit d axithral 200 twice Ciploc 250 twice and vizilac Please suggest why peptide c is so higj

I have gone through the details given. Your C- peptide level is with in the normal limits. Which also means there is normal insulin production.
Why are you taking Azithral 250 mg as well as Ciplox 250 mg? Why two antibacterial agents?
Since you are on treatment for hypothyroidism with 100 mcg of levothyroxin it is essential to maintain TSH level between 3 to 4 mU/L, then only all the symptoms related to hypothyroidism are under control.
Remylin and Vit D are basically vitamin supplements. Usually given as nonspecific nutritional supplements. However, most important is your TSH level. Thanks.
