What Causes Elevated Liver Enzymes While On Cipro?

I took Cipro 500 (antibiotic) for 2 weeks due to extreme pain. Underwent schedule medical the day after the last pill. My ALK Phos (144), SGOT - AST(55), SGPT-ALT (72) are up. Doctor wants to see me. These readings used near the limit earlier. Should I be concerned? I am 67+

Cipro causes a little elevation in liver enzymes but it is transient.

The numbers that you have shared are also not that much to cause a concern.
