What Causes Elevated Liver Enzymes Along With Diarrhea?

my husband is a 36 year old, he is having a high sgot raised up 47 and sgpt up to 175 from past 5 years. and 1 year back he is having frequent loose motion, he contacted gastrology and motion problem is not there now. he is having joint pain and feeling tired early in the morning and in the evening. is this severe problem raise in sgot and sgpt?

Well, actually it is and you should do further tests to rule out autoimmune hepatitis which may manifest with these symptoms. It includes liver biopsy and ultrasound for a start. You should avoid alcohol and hepatotoxic medications till liver markers stabilize.
