What Causes Elevated Liver Enzyme Levels After Transplant?

Hi, my father had a liver transplant a month ago in India, His liver enzymes (AST,ALT,GGT and Ap) are rising since his discharge 2 weeks after transplant. Doctors (hepatologists) are unable to diagnose the problem. todays values are ALT 287, AST 307, GGT 511, AP 300. Total Billirubin 1.7. what do you think could be the problem??

Hi and welcome to HCM. Thanks for the query.
This is still not critical but it may indicate certain liver disorders. You should do Dopple rultrasound of hepatic and portal blood flow and check your viral markers. This may be first sign of liver failure so it should be treated promptly in hosipital.
