Low blood sugar level of 48, repeat 49 upon rising in AM. UA shows highest level of ketones in urine upon waking as well. At egg, drank shake of 11/4 cup berries, 1/2 avocado, 1 cup spinach, water. Took a packet of EmergenC for electrolytes, took multi it., vit. C, pottasium tab. Later ate 2 eggs, spinach, cooked mushrooms, onions, 2 ounces goat cheese. Checked my blood sugar and it was 66 then 55, and 54 after thirty minutes post meal. I m nauseous, light headed, if I do any physical work I breath heavily. Cold sweats. Feeling poorly for about six weeks.
