What Causes Elevated Heart Rate, Shortness Of Breath And Lightheadedness?

I thought I was having a panic attack earlier today during a midterm. I had elevated heart rate, shortness of breathe, lower abdominal pain, inability to concentrate and lightheadness. That was about 4 hours ago and I am still having episodes where I feel okay to hyperventilating again. I m in a more calm state now but I measured my heart rate and it is over 110 bpm. My family has a long history of heart disease and I m only twenty years old. Is there any explaination for this?

dear friend
you do seem to be having a panic state , my suggestion to you will be to meet an GP and get proper referrals for getting yourself investigated and treated. it is not good to continue in this state a detailed history and investigation will certainly diagnose your condition.
