What Causes Elevated Heart Rate And Moving Pain In The Chest?

Through out the day I have had sudden elevated heart rate to 120 BPM, pressure/pain in my jaw chest pain which spreads to my upper back spine area. It seems to be worse when I do any physical activities. However this evening it is happening while at rest. What can this be?

You are suffering from anginal pain or gastritis as well. You please visit the nearest hospital and get your ECG done.
