Dear Dr Ratnesh, I attaching My lipid profile and LFT reports. My cholesterol and tryglycerides are significantly high and there is some variation in my LFT report also. Hello there I have read through your question and would like to tell you that elevated cholesterol and triglyceride levels are due to intake of a lot of saturated fatty acids in diet. It can be caused due to a defect in lipid metabolism. I would suggest you to follow the following instructions- 1. Don't eat saturated fat s like butter, ghee . You can switch to rice bran oil. 2. Avoid having processed foods. 3. Maintain a good exercise regime of atleast 40 mins everyday as it also helps to burn fat. 4. Tab Fenofibrate for triglyceride and a statin for cholesterol can be taken to bring down the level s. I hope that answers your question. If you have any further questions please feel free to write. Thank you for choosing healthcare magic.
