What Causes Elevated Blood Sugar Levels?

My age is 34....four days i check my fasting sugar level....it is 334... i check my sugar because for last few days i drink near about 6 ltrs of water per day..still i feel thirsty....and i started to loose weight. Now i am not consulted any doctor...i try my best to change my life style...30 mins brisk walking..2 teaspoon of neem juice in the morning.... taking food in every 2/3 hours....no potato/sugar/sweets... Should i have to consult diabetologist or to wait for a week to check for any developments

Hi, I have gone through your query.Your blood sugar level is high.I would suggest you visit a Diabetologist with a fresh report of Fasting & post prandial(blood sample 2 hrs after a normal meal or 75 gms. of glucose powder) sample reports.
