General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, the elevated blood sugar with weakness and nausea indicate uncontrolled diabetes mellitus.

This has to be managed with regular monitoring of dose of Insulin along with fasting and postprandial blood sugar levels.

Diet precautions to avoid carbohydrates, exercises, body weight, and cholesterol level control are a very essential part of overall management.

* The low iron level despite multiple IV shots indicate the need of evaluation of metabolic disturbances with detailed blood panel reports.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
