General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

You are mostly here having hyperglycemia secondary to diabetes

Don't do the self treatment of this

Repeat testing done with FBS, PP2BS and HBa1c

Than according to sugar level drug started like insulin or oral hypoglycemic drug

If obese than metformin drug prescribed instead of glimepiride

Regular exercise necessary

Avoid high sugar and fatty meals

Healthy food taken

Avoid stress

If still after starting medication glucose high than CT scan like higher investigation needed

Take care

Consult physician for examination and treatment plan
