General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Treatment of diabetes is a balance between diet, exercises, sound psychology and medication. Medicines usually do not disturb the sugar levels but self management or in adequate doses of diabetic medicines are responsible. One can get the reason after self assessment and doctor's opinion after medical check up.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
