What Causes Elevated Blood Pressure Levels?

why my blood pressure increased within a few hours from 125 to 190mm? there was no obvious reason as i was sitting during this time. next day the blood pressure wasnt any better. my blood pressure medication is: Hyzaar 50mg in the morning. others is betalok zok 50mg, aspirin 100mg, Amiodarone 200mg, Pavix 75 mg, atorvastatin 20mg

There are a lot of factors responsible for rise in blood pressure. Mental stress, salty food intake are the common causes for the same.
In your case, I would suggest to go for ambulatory blood pressure monitoring.
It is 24 hours continuous recording of blood pressure.
This will show fluctuations in blood pressure.
This will help in increasing dose and change of time of hypertension drugs.
Don't worry, you will be alright. Consult doctor and discuss all these.
