What Causes Elevated Blood Pressure Levels In The Evening?

my sister s blood pressure spikes in the evening. She doesn t eat salt or drink any spirts. She starts to get real cold and that s her indication to take her blood pressure. She s had it as high at 190/200. She s on medication and has been rushed to ER. They say her sodium is very low, which make her weak and fall down. They can t find anything wrong. I think she need a heart Dr.
