What Causes Elevated Blood Pressure Level?

I am on blood pressure meds atenolol and lortane went to my dr yesterday because pressure was high 170/68 And 157/80 at dr office it was 140/70 and he said no problem tonight I had a headache so I took reading it is 194/84 should I worry Meds I m on atenolol 50 mg and Losartan 100 mg

I understand your problem. High blood pressure may cause headache and other problems. Every day check your blood pressure and note down.Consent your physician for further treatment.
Dose of drugs change require than physical can do it.

If you are obese than try to reduce your weight .
Avoid alcohol drinking and smoking.
Avoid fatty foods and junk foods.
Do a regular exercise more than 20 minutes.
Eat low salt in foods to control your blood pressure. Antihypertention drug helpful to control your blood pressure.
