What Causes Elevated Blood Pressure And Heart Rate Along With Severe Headaches?

i currently have been having very high blood pressure and heart rate - example: 189/166/112. also having very bad headaches, nausea, constant urination and defecation - and sometimes its very loose and watery - flushed red face, tremors, extreme hunger and shakiness, chills, weakness, extreme dry mouth and thirst. I doubled up on my blood pressure medicine, 25 mg Losartan - took 2 am and pm, instead of 1 - it didnt help very much at all. walking usually brings my blood pressure down but now it makes it go up higher. my doctor thinks its dehydration and told me to drink gatorade. i looked up dehydration online and it says dehydration makes blood pressure too low. what do you think?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if the blood pressure not being red by the physician then better to get it done by the physician if this is found a case of hypertension you would be advise for medicine accordingly, cause of dehydration need to be found out, if this is not dehydration then no need to have rehydration therapy, correction of dehydration can not cause hypotension but this can correct the hypotension instead, take care.
I find this answer helpful
