My bp has been elevated all afternoon. My first reading around 2:30 was 138/89 with a heart rate of 86...just now i checked again and its at 149/95 with a heart rate of 76. I m experiencing tunnel vision, some shortness of breath and both my hands and feet have become cold. I m sitting at work wondering whats going on.
