General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Sarcoidosis can increase the total WBC count. So treatment for sarcoidosis is needed to decrease the WBC count.

However, as your total WBC count is increased, I suggest investigating further with peripheral smear examination report and differential count.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
