What Causes Elevated BP With Palpitations And Headache?

I am a 51 ur old female and have been feeling tired and my blood pressure is 136/96 and my heart rate is 105. I feel very sweaty/clammy if I get up and move around and not quite like myself at all. At times it feels like I can feel my heart pounding in my chest and I have had a slight headache for 2 days.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the finding of yours then it is necessary to get done the EKG and ECHO and for that you need to see the cardiologist, but over all these symptoms could be due to some emotional stress and this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
