What Causes Elevated BP Along With Nausea And Dizziness?

I just checked my blood pressure cause I haven’t felt good all day, vision trouble, nauseous, dizzy, hearing heartbeat and just not feeling normal. My blood pressure, which I took my medication for was 139/106 and my pulse was 115. Earlier it was 111 with my pressure at 128/97. General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I would like to tell you that blurring of vision, dizziness and nausea are all symptoms of high blood pressure. Though your systolic blood pressure is in the normal range but your diastolic blood pressure is on the higher side. Also you are having tachycardia and palpitations.

All these symptoms are maybe an indication of an underlying cardiac problem which needs further assessment. I would advise you to get yourself assessed by a physician as soon as possible. He may run a few tests like EKG, 24 hour BP monitoring.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nazma Amman
