Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

In my opinion, you should definitely take him to cardiologist and get done
1. Blood pressure monitoring
2. ECG
3. 2d echo
4. Holter monitoring.

All these reports are needed to rule out heart related chest pain.
If all these are normal then no need to worry much.
He will need anti-hypertensive drugs to control blood.
Once his blood pressure is controlled, he will be alright.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
