There many medical conditions that may cause
elevated liver enzymes.Some possible causes may include.

-Viral hepatitis

-liver inflammation caused by an autoimmune disorder
-Celiac disease

Only a keen examination by the Doctor with some tests may help identify the cause.Just see your Doctor for evaluation.
In the meantime, the following may help reduce the level of AST in body
*Making Diet Modifications like Get more vitamin D, Eat a nutrient-rich plant-based diet, Avoid foods high in fat, Avoid foods high in salt or sodium
*Making Lifestyle Modifications like Stop drinking alcoholic beverages, Get daily exercise, Avoiding
smoking, Prevent exposure to other harmful chemicals.
*Getting Medical Treatment like Get a blood sample taken for testing, Stop taking over-the-counter drugs, your Doctor may Consider prescribing
corticosteroids and other drugs if need be, taking herbal supplements.
If any cause identify from tests, your Doctor may prescribe drugs to take care of the situation.
