What Causes Elevated AST And ALT Levels Along With Pain In Fingers?

My recent blood test result showed increased AST level at 51 and ALT 25. I am experiencing pain in my right hand middle finger and palm area joining the fingers. Does this indicate a problem I should be concerned about. I appreciate any advice. Thank you.

Hi
The AST is only mildly elevated and isn't likely to indicate a liver problem

The hand pain may be from carpal tunnel syndrome and I suggest you see a doctor for nerve conduction studies to check for that
I find this answer helpful
