Thanks for contacting with your health concern

1. The albumin: creatinine ratio [ACR] is used for screening purpose in people with chronic conditions like diabetes and high blood pressure which put them at an increased risk of developing kidney disease and as you have mentioned that function of kidney is 100% good thus it could be that body is in very early stages of kidney disease

2. Since you are on lipid lowering drugs [ezetrol, pravastatin] along with cardiovascular medicine [coversyl/aspirin] which means that you are at risk of developing CKD [chronic kidney disease] sooner or later

3. Although albumin is absent in urine in healthy kidneys but may be detected in urine in the early stages of kidney disease, so check with GFR [glomerular filtration rate] to see how well kidneys are filtering, fasting blood sugar and if needed kidney biopsy can be ordered.

PS. Studies have shown that elevated levels of urinary albumin in people with diabetes or hypertension are associated with increased risk of developing cardiovascular disease (CVD), so get an opinion of Cardiologist
