What Causes Electrical Pulse Sensation In Chest Radiating Towards Head?
I get some kind of electrical pulse starting in my chest going up to my head. It happens very quickly and does not hurt. I am fifty, pretty fit but have bradycardia and at rest my heartbeat is 40bpm. The pulse sensation is like the sensation you get when you are asleep and fall. Should I be worried?

Electric pulse sensation over chest radiating towards head do indicate issue with heart rhythm most likely affecting valvular and pumping function of heart. Immediately get a physician consultation for:
- Pulse and blood pressure
- EKG
- 2 D Echo
