Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns....

As per your complain it seems that while inserting the needle it has caused piercing of the nerve leading to electric shock like feeling due to sudden outburst of sensations along the entire course of nerve.
Mostly needle prick injuries recover completely in a few days of almost a month or even less.
As of now you can do warm compresses over the hand..
Start taking Vitamin B complex for a month..
In case if the symptoms does not improve or there is recurring episode of pain you should consult a Neurologist and get a thorough evaluation along with nerve conduction study done to rule out the exact cause of pain and treatment can be planned accordingly..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
