My left ear feels like its under water. I can hear echoing when I speak and hear every breath I take. This has happened all my life but never this bad or this long. I noticed that with in the last month my ear does this once to twice a week. It last all day long and no matter what I do it still feels the same. I have cleaned my ears with qutips to make sure its not wax. I have even use peroxide to help clear what ever might be causing this but it only clears up for maybe 20 minutes and the feeling comes back. I do get temporary relief if I tilt my head to the left for a go 30 minutes but again the feeling comes back as soon as I sit straight up. What is wrong and how can I fix this?
