What Causes Eating Disorder In A Patient With Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease?

Hello Doctor. I eat when I am hungry, eating minimal amount of food makes me feel full and then bloated. Then a few minutes later I have rumbling hunger pains. I have been diagnosed with GERD, hiatal hernia and stress related IBS. I take dexilant when necessary and also dicyclomine when needed. I do. It like how the dicyclomine makes me feel, so only take it when really necessary. I have had an endoscopy and colonoscopy and the diagnoses listed above were found from the two tests mentioned. Dr. says he finds nothing serious and that I just may have discomfort from time to time. I would like to know what your suggestions might be after reviewing thus message. Thank you for your time.

I would like to appreciate your concern.
As you are doing continue doctor visit regularly.
Here are some routine lifestyle measures that I can suggest you.
Strictly avoid smoking .Avoid excess tea and coffee.
Drink more water and fruit juices.
While sleeping put pillow below head.
Green leafy vegetables good for you.
Avoid excess spicy and fried food.
Herbal remedy like slippery elm capsule useful.
Aloe vera is also Seems to be useful.
Take glutamine 500 mg capsule with water.
If constipation take fibre containing food more like spinach, apple, broccoli etc.
You can use drug specific for irritable bowel syndrome Like lubiprostone or alosetron.
