What Causes Early Signs Of Pregnancy Despite Having A Tubal Ligation?
I have had my tubes tied for 5 years. I have recently been nauseous, I even threw up bile yesterday. Which has been one of my first signs of pregnancy(I have 4 kids). I m cramping(uterus-middle/right above pelvic bone). After my last set of twins I ve had really heavy periods the first of every month. This period was very light but same time as normal. What are the chances that I m pregnant? What else could this be?
Hello dear Understand your concern Chance of pregnancy is very less as tubal ligation is permanent contraception. But there may be chance of pregnancy if tube get re canalization. Other causes are: hormonal imbalance, tubal pregnancy, ovarian cyst and hormonal imbalance. You should consult the gynecologist if problem persists and go for USG, hormonal analysis and ovarian follicle study to confirm the above causes. Mean while take proper rest with healthy diet, analgesic with antacids. Hope this may help you Best regards Dr. Sagar
